Kaval & Bobby’s Wedding Day {Brisbane Wedding Photographer}

I was lucky enough to 2nd shoot Kaval and Bobby’s wedding with Nicole from Heart & Soul Photography in June. Storms were expected but the day turned out to be beautiful with not a cloud in the sky! The service was held at Avalon Garden’s at Mt Tambourine <http://www.avalonweddinggardens.com.au/> which is just a photographers dream. I have to say it is the most beautiful location I have shot in for a wedding with their service being held in the “temple”. It had it all - fountains, chandeliers and beautiful gardens! But most of all it had a beautiful bride and groom!??Following are some of my favourite images from the day.

Believe it or not I do have lots to blog it is just a matter of finding the time to fit everything in - funny how I still don’t have a part-time job yet I am as busy as ever. No sleep ins here. I have some very very exciting news coming up in the next few weeks so stay tuned - I think life is about to get VERY busy.
I am so lucky that next week I am going to be down on the Gold Coast for the Inspire Me Workshop which we will have 3 days of mentoring by the following amazing photographers from the US. I hope to walk away from this workshop (ps last workshop for a very very long time) with so much knowledge my head is going to explode - esp knowledge on lighting subjects correctly and using off camera flash effectively - look out future brides lol.

Valley View Hideaway Cottage

Are you looking for a romantic weekend away or even just a weekend away from the kids. My good friends Stuart & Donna own the Valley View Hideaway Cottages at Crystal Creek and I was excited about his new venture that I just had to share it with you all. It is a couples only secluded hideaway cottage and it is set on it’s own private garden on a working hobby farm in the Upper Cyrstal Creek Valley near Murwillumbah Northern NSW.
